IntroductionAs the employer is requiring somebody to become a member of the company he will almost certainly be interested not only in the skills and experiences but the character side of the candidate also. Your CV should not be more than 2 pages long and the first one should contain sufficient interesting detail to encourage the recruiter to want to read the second. It should also describe what you are and what you are looking for. Skill-setList your skills, focussing on the most recent and current, ignoring old dated technology. AchievementsList no more than 6 events of happenings that you would consider achievements. For example you may have:
Career HistoryAlways document your career reverse-chronologically, as the most recent is clearly the most relevant. Education and TrainingList your qualifications both academic and professional and any training especially any that is pertinent to the job you are applying for. Personal DetailsMost people put their ‘Date of Birth’, however if you feel that you maybe prejudiced against for either being too young or too old then leave it out completely. Interests may say a bit about the sort of person you are, but avoid religion and politics as these maybe considered controversial and give the wrong impression.
