Our premier programme is a personalised service designed for Directors and Senior Managers in career transition.  Our team of HR professionals partner with each of our clients for an extended service providing the tools, guidance and business connections to optimise all appropriate employment opportunities.

Each element is tailored specifically to their career and search requirements and will be carried out by a highly experienced senior level consultant.

All points of contact will be conducted by your assigned consultant who is available as often as the client feels appropriate.  The bespoke approach matches each executive’s situation, with a service that is unique to their individual requirements.

• Regular telephone consultations with your consultant and support team of specialist consultants where required;

• Interview preparation and practice;
• Introduction to a vast network of corporate contacts and search consultants. 
• Consultant proactively looks to place client through their association with retained corporations.

This programme typically lasts around 12 weeks with a minimum of 80 hours dedicated work with a senior level industry specific consultant.
